applying for a promotion

Hey all. I'm applying for a promotion at my job. This is for a level3 tech posission. Basically I'll be helping my other agents that get stuck on a call or need help. I have to apply by Monday. I'll let you know how it all goes! If I don't get it it's ok. This will be a challenge for me as I've never applied for a promotion before.

Go get 'em Troy. In my mind, you obviously are qualified for the job, so I guess it boils down to the competition and your desire to do it.
